Yes. Every PSYLISH piece uses 100% natural diamonds, graded SI clarity ("eye-clean") or higher. Never simulated, never undisclosed lab-grown.

Is the gold solid or plated?

We offer a few quality tiers so you can choose what suits you: 18K solid gold and 14K solid gold, both made to wear every day without tarnishing, plus gold vermeil and plated styles (a thick 18K gold layer over 925 sterling silver, as in our FREY collection). Each product page tells you exactly which one you are buying.

Why is PSYLISH so much more affordable than other fine jewelry?

We make our jewelry in our own facility and sell directly to you. No middlemen, no traditional 6-10x retail markup. The same materials and craftsmanship as luxury brands, at factory-to-cart prices.

Can I wear it every day?

Yes. PSYLISH is designed to be sweat-proof, travel-ready, and made for real life. Solid gold and diamonds handle daily wear. For vermeil and plated styles, a little more care keeps them perfect.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Checkout is fully encrypted and secured by Shopify.

Is there a discount for first-time buyers?

What currency are prices shown in?

Prices display in USD by default and adjust to your local currency at checkout based on your region.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update or cancel it before it ships. Once a piece is in production or dispatched, we cannot make changes.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free shipping on every order, worldwide, with no minimum.

When will my order ship?

In-stock pieces ship within about one week. Made-to-order pieces take 3-4 weeks, as each is crafted for you. Need it urgently? Message us on WhatsApp or email us on info@psylish.com and we will do our best to prioritize it.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days domestically and around 7-10 working days internationally. Timing can vary with stock availability and customs.

Which carrier do you use, and can I track my order?

We ship with FedEx, with DHL or UPS in some regions for the most reliable service. You will receive tracking by email the moment your order is dispatched.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

For security, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please use a full postal address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES & TAXES

Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?

Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your destination country and are not included at checkout. If they apply, they are collected by the carrier on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. If your country is not selectable at checkout, message us on WhatsApp or email us on info@psylish.com and we will arrange it.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to return an unworn piece in its original packaging for a full refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

Your first return is free. We send you a prepaid return label, just contact us to start it. Any exchange or further return after that has an additional return-shipping cost.

What condition does the item need to be in?

Unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging, returned within the 7-day window.

Can I exchange instead of refund?

Yes. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will help you exchange for another piece or size.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10-12 business days. It can take a further few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Can I return a gift?

Yes. Gift returns are issued as store credit. Just contact us with the order details.

Sale, Discounted & Made-to-Order Items

Are sale or discounted items returnable?

No. All sale, promotional, and discounted pieces are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review sizing and details carefully before ordering, and message us on WhatsApp or email us on info@psylish.com first if you have any questions.

What counts as a sale or discounted item?

Any piece bought at a reduced price or with a discount applied: items in a sale or promotion, clearance pieces, and any order where a discount or promo code was used.

Are made-to-order pieces returnable?

No. Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you once you order, so they are final sale. We confirm all key details (size, metal, and stone) before production, so please review them carefully.

Can I cancel or change a made-to-order piece?

Changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your piece is in production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Are custom, engraved, or resized pieces returnable?

No. Custom, personalized, engraved, and resized pieces are made uniquely for you and are final sale.

What if my sale or made-to-order item arrives faulty or incorrect?

Your lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects applies to every piece, including final-sale items. If something arrives genuinely faulty or not as ordered, message us on WhatsApp or email us on info@psylish.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number, and we will make it right.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

Is my jewelry guaranteed?

Yes. Every PSYLISH piece comes with a lifetime warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

What does the warranty cover, and what does it not?

Covered: defects like a loose stone, a failed clasp, or a soldering fault. Not covered: normal wear and tear (scratches, dents), loss or theft, damage from misuse or chemicals, or any work done by a third-party jeweler

How do I request a repair or replacement?

Message us on WhatsApp or email info@psylish.com with photos of the piece and your order details. If it qualifies, we will guide you through repair or replacement at no cost.

Do you offer resizing?

Yes. Ring resizing is $50 USD plus shipping if the correct size was not specified when you ordered. Just contact us with your order and your new size. Please note resized pieces become final sale.

MATERIALS, DIAMONDS & CERTIFICATION

What materials do you use?

18K and 14K solid gold, gold vermeil and plated styles (18K gold over 925 sterling silver, as in our FREY collection), 100% natural diamonds (SI clarity or higher), and natural gemstones including sapphires and Zambian emeralds. Each product page lists exactly which gold tier it uses.

Are your diamonds ethically sourced?

Yes. Our diamonds are ethically and responsibly sourced from suppliers following conflict-free practices.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

Solid gold will not tarnish or fade with normal wear. Gold vermeil and plated styles last longest when kept away from water, sweat, and cosmetics.

Can I get a diamond certificate?

Yes. Add HRD certification as a separate item at checkout. Certification adds around one week and an additional fee, and gives you independent verification useful for insurance or resale.

How do I find my ring size?

How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home

What You’ll Need:
A pen, scissors, ruler, and either a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string.

Steps:


  1. Wrap the measuring tape or string around the base of your finger — snug but not tight. For best results, measure at the end of the day when your fingers are slightly larger.

  2. Mark where the ends meet or cut the string at that point. If using a ring sizer or tape, it should fit comfortably — not too tight to get stuck, but not so loose that it slips off.

  3. Measure the length in millimeters. For thicker rings, consider sizing up slightly.

  4. Use our ring size chart to find your perfect fit.

How do I care for my jewelry?
