Yes, duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. You are entitled to return items bought on PSYLISH.com, within 7 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund (excludes any postage / shipping charges).Our policy lasts 7 days. Decisions take time- and we're happy to accept returns if you've changed your mind. However, we are only able to accept returns on items, if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you decide to refuse the order after its been shipped to you, any shipping cost incurred at the time of check out, will be non-refundable. Customer will also not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that the international shipment is refused by the customer.

Material and Care
Psylish jewellery is predominately produced in 18k gold with high-quality diamonds (SI quality) that are ethically sourced from our suppliers who follow conflict-free and socially responsible practices. While pure gold is too soft for fine jewellery, our 18K gold, made with 75% gold mixed with alloys, is the closest you can get to 100% gold while maintaining strength, resilience, and shine.
On Psylish, we have three colour of gold, yellow gold, rose gold and white gold.
Yellow gold gets its color from a blend of color-saturated alloys and, of course, pure gold. Copper (red) and Silver (green) are mixed with 18K gold to give our signature gold it’s warm glow.
Similar to Yellow gold, Rose is made with the same color-saturated alloy mixture, only this time with a bit more Copper for a rosy hue.
Just like Yellow and Rose gold, White is made with another mixture of metal alloys. This time, however, with less color-saturated alloys.
When it comes to diamonds, we stick to the Four C’s — Carat, Color, Cut, and Clarity. All of our diamonds are colorless ,‘ Very Good’ or better in cut, and SI in clarity. Carat varies depending on piece, but we generally believe the bigger the better.
After you’ve worn and cleaned your gold jewellery for the day, the next step in taking proper care of it is to store it properly.
Use a jewellery box: A clean, dry, fabric-lined jewellery box is the best option.
Wrap each piece in a soft cloth: If you don’t have a jewellery box, save those free phone screen clothes and use the extras to wrap each piece of your jewellery individually.
Store pieces separately: This prevents jewellery from tangling or scratching each other.
Solid gold is a precious metal that will not oxidize or discolor since it is the least reactive metal. To maintain its beauty, scrub lightly with a toothbrush and warm water.
If treated right, gold jewelry should last for years. Here are a few things to keep in mind on a regular basis while wearing gold jewelry:
Gold is a soft metal: while gold has a shine and a luster all its own, it’s also a soft metal. This makes is susceptible to dings, scratches, and dents. Be mindful of your gold rings, watches, and bracelets while you wear them and remove them while playing any high-contact sports.
Chlorine is gold’s worst enemy: with repeated exposure, chlorine will weaken your gold jewelry’s structure and eventually lead to it breaking. Make sure to take your jewelry off before getting in a pool or spa.
Cover or remove while cleaning: household cleaners with acids or abrasives will damage your jewelry’s finish. Be sure to use rubber gloves while cleaning (we recommend doing this anyway to protect your skin) or remove your jewelry altogether.
Put your jewelry on last when getting ready: makeup, perfume, hairspray, and lotions can damage your gold. Be sure to put these things on before your jewelry to limit the exposure.
Take jewelry off before bathing: wearing jewelry while you bathe can lead to a buildup of soap which will cause a film on your jewelry.

Your jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear.

We don't recommend having our jewellery worked on by outside jewellers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work).
