Psylish $1,000 Birthday Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Psylish, located at Hong Kong (“Psylish”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete details upon entry to be eligible.

3. Competition Period

The giveaway begins on December 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 20, 2025 (“Competition Period”).
Entries received after this deadline will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Participants must submit their details via the official Psylish entry form on Meta (Facebook or Instagram) during the Competition Period.
No purchase is necessary.
Entry is limited to one (1) per person.
Automated, robotic, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Psylish Store Credit / Gift Card.
The prize:

Is non-transferable
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases
Must be used exclusively on psylish.com
Is subject to Psylish’s standard gift card policies

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
The winner will be announced on December 22, 2025 (Payal’s Birthday).
Notification will be sent via the email address provided at entry within two (2) business days of the announcement.
If the winner does not claim the prize within seven (7) days, Psylish reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Public Announcement

The winner’s first name and state may be announced on Psylish’s official Instagram, Facebook, and website after notification.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used to administer the giveaway and for future marketing communications in accordance with the Psylish Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants consent to receiving Psylish marketing emails. They may unsubscribe at any time.

9. General Conditions

Psylish reserves the right to:

Verify entries
Disqualify entrants who tamper with the process or provide misleading information
Cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen issues impact its fairness or integrity

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Prize Usage & Restrictions

The $1,000 credit is valid only on full-priced items.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted on items purchased using the giveaway prize.
Free worldwide shipping is included; however, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
The prize cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Psylish reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates these terms.
Prize must be redeemed within 3 months from the issue date.
