Everything you need to know about how your PSYLISH piece reaches you, and what happens if you need to return it.
Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over USD 350. Shipping for smaller orders is shown at checkout.
- We ship worldwide with trusted couriers. Ready-to-ship pieces are held in both Hong Kong and the US, so your order is dispatched from whichever location has your piece in stock. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched from Hong Kong.
- For security, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
- You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery times
- Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched in about one week.
- Made-to-order pieces take 3-4 weeks to craft before dispatch. These are clearly noted on the product page.
- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Customs can sometimes extend this to 7-10 days.

Duties & taxes
Duties and import taxes are set by your destination country and are not included at checkout. If they apply, they are collected by the carrier on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns
- You have 7 days from delivery to return an unworn piece in its original packaging.
- Sale pieces are eligible for store credit or an exchange for the same item, requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Made-to-order, custom, resized and engraved pieces are final sale.
- To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or email info@psylish.com with your order details.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the piece. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Lifetime warranty
Every PSYLISH piece is covered against manufacturing defects, such as a loose stone, a failed clasp or a soldering fault. It does not cover normal wear, loss, theft, or damage from misuse. Send us photos and your order details and we will guide you through a repair or replacement.
