Yes, duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. You are entitled to return items bought on PSYLISH.com, within 7 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund (excludes any postage / shipping charges).Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if:

We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will recredit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Types of Gold

Psylish offers three stunning gold colors: yellow, rose, and white.

Yellow Gold: Our signature yellow gold derives its warm glow from a blend of color-saturated alloys, including copper (red) and silver (green), mixed with 18K gold.

Rose Gold: Similar to yellow gold, rose gold is crafted with the same color-saturated alloy mixture, but with a slightly higher proportion of copper, resulting in a captivating rosy hue.

White Gold: Our white gold is created with a mixture of metal alloys, featuring fewer color-saturated alloys compared to yellow and rose gold variants, resulting in a sleek and sophisticated appearance.

Diamonds

We adhere to the Four C’s — Carat, Color, Cut, and Clarity — when selecting diamonds for our jewellery. The diamonds we offer are colorless, very good in cut, and SI in clarity. Carats vary depending on the piece, but we generally prefer big ones. We meticulously select diamonds for their brilliance and clarity, ensuring timeless elegance.

After you’ve worn and cleaned your gold jewellery for the day, the next step in taking proper care of it is to store it properly.

Use a jewellery box: A clean, dry, fabric-lined jewellery box is the best option.

Wrap each piece in a soft cloth: If you don’t have a jewellery box, save those free phone screen clothes and use the extras to wrap each piece of your jewellery individually.

Store pieces separately: This prevents jewellery from tangling or scratching each other.

Solid gold is a precious metal that will not oxidize or discolor since it is the least reactive metal. To maintain its beauty, scrub lightly with a toothbrush and warm water.

If treated right, gold jewelry should last for years. Here are a few things to keep in mind on a regular basis while wearing gold jewelry:

Gold is a soft metal: while gold has a shine and a luster all its own, it’s also a soft metal. This makes is susceptible to dings, scratches, and dents. Be mindful of your gold rings, watches, and bracelets while you wear them and remove them while playing any high-contact sports.

Chlorine is gold’s worst enemy: with repeated exposure, chlorine will weaken your gold jewelry’s structure and eventually lead to it breaking. Make sure to take your jewelry off before getting in a pool or spa.

Cover or remove while cleaning: household cleaners with acids or abrasives will damage your jewelry’s finish. Be sure to use rubber gloves while cleaning (we recommend doing this anyway to protect your skin) or remove your jewelry altogether.

Put your jewelry on last when getting ready: makeup, perfume, hairspray, and lotions can damage your gold. Be sure to put these things on before your jewelry to limit the exposure.

Take jewelry off before bathing: wearing jewelry while you bathe can lead to a buildup of soap which will cause a film on your jewelry.

Your jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear.

We take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. Psylish has trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data. All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Shopify Payments are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. Shopify Payments is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant.
