Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your PSYLISH piece. If it doesn't feel like you, here's everything you need to know, clearly and simply.

7-day returns on full-price pieces

• Full-price, in-stock pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Your first return is free, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Any exchange or further return after that carries an additional return-shipping cost.

Exchanges

Prefer a different piece or size? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange. Exchanged items must meet the same unworn, original-packaging condition.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10-12 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra business days to appear.

Gift returns

Gift returns are issued as store credit. Just contact us with the order details.

Final sale

The following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Sale, promotional, and discounted pieces (any order where a discount or promo code was applied).
• Made-to-order and pre-order pieces, including Oura Ring Caps.
• Custom, personalized, engraved, and resized pieces.

Made-to-order & pre-order

• Each piece is crafted specifically for you, so these orders are final sale.
• Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order, before production begins.
• After that, your piece is in production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

If your item is faulty

Every piece is covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, including final-sale items. If your piece arrives with a genuine defect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a short video showing the issue, plus your order number. Once verified, we'll repair or replace it. Photo and video proof is required so we can confirm and resolve it quickly.
