Lifetime Warranty & Repairs

We stand behind every piece we make. That's why each PSYLISH piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

What's covered

• Genuine manufacturing faults, such as a loose or lost stone from a faulty setting, a failed clasp, or a soldering fault.
• Applies to every PSYLISH piece, including sale and made-to-order items.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches and dents.
• The natural, gradual wear of gold plating over time.
• Loss or theft.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or exposure to chemicals.
• Any work done by a third-party jeweler.

How to make a claim

Message us on WhatsApp or email info@psylish.com with your order number, clear photos, and a short video showing the issue. For made-to-order and final-sale pieces, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery for anything that arrives faulty. Once verified, we'll guide you through a repair or replacement.

Resizing

We offer ring resizing. If the correct size wasn't specified when you ordered, resizing is $50 USD plus shipping. Contact us with your order and your new size. Please note resized pieces become final sale.
