Shipping rates

• Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $350 USD.
• For orders under $350 USD, shipping fee options are available at checkout.
• The $350 threshold is based on your order subtotal after any discounts.

Processing time

• In-stock pieces are hand-checked, carefully packed, and dispatched within about one week.
• Made-to-order and pre-order pieces are crafted for you and dispatched within approximately 3-4 weeks.
• Need a piece urgently? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to prioritize it.

Delivery time

• After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5-7 working days, depending on your destination.
• Customs can occasionally add a little time.
• You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships.

Carriers & tracking

• We ship with FedEx, and with DHL or UPS in some regions, for the most secure and reliable delivery.
• For security, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please provide a full street address.

Customs, duties & taxes

• Duties and import taxes are set by your destination country and are not included at checkout.
• Where they apply, they're collected by the carrier on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns & warranty

• Full-price, in-stock pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging, for a full refund. Your first return is free with a prepaid label.
• Sale, discounted, and made-to-order items are final sale.
