Care + Sizing

OURA Ring Cap sizing is based on your existing OURA Ring size. Simply order the exact same size as your OURA Ring for the correct fit. (e.g., OURA Size 8 = Cap Size 8).

As each piece is made to order, orders are final sale and non-returnable, so we recommend sizing carefully.

Processing

Every order is hand-checked and carefully packed so your piece arrives exactly as it should.

Dispatch and delivery

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within a week. 

Made-to-order pieces are crafted for you and dispatched after the production time shown on the product page (approximately 3–4 weeks). 

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on your destination. Free shipping on orders over USD 350.

Returns

Full-price, ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. Your first return is free with a prepaid label. Any return or exchange after that is at your own cost.

Final sale

Sale and discounted pieces, made-to-order pieces (including Oura Ring Caps), and custom, resized and engraved pieces are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
